February 4, 2018

The Okanogan Community Homeless Shelter is looking for volunteers to be overnight hosts on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at New Life Church in Okanogan.  Please see the sign-up sheet at the Welcome Center for available dates.

The new youth director position has been posted online. If you know of anyone who is qualified for the position, please contact the church.

Bill & Maria Errico will be doing a presentation on ketogenic eating following the worship service on February 25th. We will be watching informative videos and discussing what a ketogenic diet is, how to do it correctly, answering FAQs and providing resources to get you started. We will also review the numerous health benefits that the practices of intermittent and extended fasting provide when combined with eating a diet of whole foods that are high in natural fat, moderate in protein and low on carbohydrates. All are welcome to attend!
